Digital products are refundable within 7 days of purchase provided the file has not been downloaded. Once downloaded, sales are final due to the nature of digital goods.
Consultations cancelled more than 24 hours before the session receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be rescheduled once instead.
Email hello@dotedu.co with your order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
